In an anonymous post-event survey following the 2025 conference, 100% said they would/will sponsor again. The results have always been in the 90%+ range in prior years, so this has remained consistently high.
2025 Sponsors Collectively Rated the Event 4.5+ for Experience and ROI
Based on the same post-event survey referenced above, 2025 sponsors collectively rated the event 4.5+ on a scale of 1-5. Again, these surveys were anonymous and constructive criticism was encouraged.
Badge Scans
2025 sponsors scanned attendee badges 18,709 times. These were voluntary scans where attendees were interested in sponsor products and/or services. These were “hot” leads.
We Guarantee Consistent Walk-By Traffic
Unlike most events, we place sponsor/partner exhibit tables in hallways outside programming rooms instead of a stand-alone exhibit hall. The result… consistent walk-by traffic during the entire conference – and more engagement, leads, badge scans, etc.
